If you exercise your right of cancellation, you have to bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. However, a uniform order does not already exist if you have ordered several goods at the same time. The individual products must be related to each other if a product is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us, Interstars Entertainment, Inc (email: interstarsentertainment@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, email) about your decision to cancel this contract. We will send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) that we have received such a cancellation.
